Intern Pods & Collaboration

When you join the program, you're assigned to a simulation pod — a small group of interns with shared goals, complementary skillsets, and a mentor or community guide. You’ll work together on simulated projects like launching a marketing campaign, designing a feature spec, or analyzing token behavior using real Solana data.
This isn’t just a classroom. It’s a team. You’ll brainstorm, ship, test, and iterate — just like an early-stage Web3 startup. Along the way, you’ll build friendships, receive feedback, and learn how real coordination happens in on-chain environments.
Ecosystem Access
As an intern, you’ll get front-row access to the Solana community.
We host weekly live sessions with founders, product leads, and community managers from real Solana projects — from DePIN networks to NFT marketplaces. You’ll hear about what they're building, ask questions, and even showcase your own work for feedback.
You’ll also join our intern-only Discord and Telegram spaces, where you'll meet contributors, get updates on new bounties, and exchange tips and memes with your cohort. It’s not unusual for someone to land a contract gig, collab, or even a job offer through these chats. In Web3, your work speaks loudest — and we help you share it in the right rooms.
