We are seeking a creative and motivated Digital Marketing Intern to join our Web3 content team. You will work closely with growth strategists, content designers, and social media coordinators to support campaign execution across Twitter (X), Discord, Telegram, Mirror, Farcaster, and other Web3-native platforms. This role is ideal for someone who is excited about blockchain culture, eager to learn content marketing strategies in crypto, and capable of generating original ideas aligned with emerging trends.
You will gain hands-on experience in community building, meme-driven marketing, and educational storytelling within the fast-evolving Solana ecosystem.
Specific responsibilities are likely to vary over time but may include:
Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns related to Solana-based projects
Draft, edit, and schedule content for various platforms, including Twitter (X), Discord, Mirror, and other decentralized media outlets
Monitor community sentiment and suggest real-time content strategies
Create simple visuals, memes, or infographics to support content themes
Research Web3 trends, community narratives, and competitor strategies

The Blockchain Analytics & Intelligence team is responsible for transforming raw on-chain and off-chain data into actionable insights that support strategic decisions across Ethereum and Solana-based projects. Our work spans DeFi protocols, NFT marketplaces, validator operations, governance participation, and user engagement metrics. You will develop and implement data-driven trading strategies, leveraging advanced statistical models and machine learning techniques to navigate the rapidly evolving digital asset markets. Your expertise will contribute to optimizing trading performance and managing risk in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Key tasks may include:
Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources, including on-chain data, to identify market trends and inefficiencies
Design, test, and refine algorithmic trading strategies using quantitative methods and machine learning models

The Strategy & Product Operations team supports decision-making and cross-functional alignment across our Web3 initiatives. We are looking for a detail-oriented and curious Business Analyst Intern to help support research and performance tracking for our Solana-related initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with project leads, marketing, product, and research teams to help scope new ideas, validate hypotheses with data, and surface actionable insights that shape decision-making. This is a great opportunity to learn how Web3 ventures are evaluated, launched, and iterated — especially in a blockchain-native environment like Solana.
The Product & Ecosystem Development team is focused on building intuitive, scalable, and impactful products across the Solana ecosystem. We work at the intersection of user experience, engineering, and community, driving ideation, prototyping, and iteration of Web3-native products — including DeFi apps, wallet tools, NFT platforms, DAO infrastructure, and more. Our team emphasizes lean development, user feedback, and continuous learning in a decentralized context. We are seeking a Web3 Product Intern to support the planning, testing, and launch processes of Solana-based tools and user-facing platforms. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, user-centric, and excited to explore the unique design challenges of blockchain products. You’ll help bridge communication between design, engineering, and community teams while learning product best practices in a fast-evolving space.
